Online Guest Experience

SpaLINX offers a very unique and rich online experience. We've created what is known as a Rich Internet Application or RIA for the SpaLINX user interface. This UI allows a spa to show only available time slots by date. Thus allowing the guest to choose the time they desire based on what your spa has available. The UI also gives the online guest the ability to choose the gender type of the therapist, make comments to the spa and schedule up to as many as four people in a single reservation.

Your spa has the ability to load in images of the facility as well as treatment images. The UI even allows your spa to upload video to showcase the spa in the best way imaginable online. The UI is also mutli language. We currently offer up to eleven different languages. Once the booking process is complete the guest will be given a confirmation number for their scheduled appointment. SpaLINX will aslo email the guest the same confirmation detail information and send a copy email to the spa.

Spa Scheduling & Distribution

SpaLINX works much like how a central reservation system works for a hotel in terms of room and rate distribution. SpaLINX allows a spa to offer online appointment scheduling from the spa's own web site, from a centralized portal site displaying multiple destinations, through our call center interface a CRO or Central Reservations Office can now book appointments for call in guests. SpaLINX is also a spa management solution. Allowing a spa to run it's daily operation.

If you have a chain of properties, you can easily see reporting across the facilities, create your consumer database, run special promotions, maintain guest profiles and preferences, target market your spa products more effectively and assure excellent service from each therapist on your staff.

Admin Interface

It is easy to see the appointments for the day, guest preferences, make changes in your spa service menu and close out rooms when a group arrives. The user-friendly adnministrative area is a welcoming as the guest experience is for the consumer. Clear instructions and areas of reporting make SpaLINX a tool your staff will take to quickly. Hard coded in 11 languages and immediately adaptable, the booking engine responds to your needs and is ready for your directions.

Call Center Interface

SpaLINX can work easily for your call center or front desk to apply a service to a new or existing reservation. Spas participating with SpaLINX have made their spa inventory available in real time for booking. This gives you an opportunity to save time for your clients and offer excellent service in a truly individualized manner.

Your call center agent can book a spa treatment with confidence. When they see a service and time that is available, it really is. They can book multiple guests, up to 4 people, over multiple days of their stay. The concierge or reservation agent can select a male or female therapist and note any other restrictions or health concerns of the guest.

If you are a chain of spas or hotel chain with spas located in various cities, countries, time zones and have a central reservation office, the CRO can have full access to all of your spas. Each call in reservation for the hotel can now be offered a spa appointment with immediate confirmation.

Because of this we made SpaLINX compatible with the iPhone. Now your guests can book a spa appointment from the iPhone or iTouch.

Not only is this a great advantage for your guests to be able to do this from where ever they are but it's also a convenience even after they have arrive at your resort. A guest can now make their spa appointment via their iPhone while pool side or from the golf course. It's a real advantage over other systems.
